About this project

The Client

ListaNozzeOnline and ListaRegaloOnline are GrowishPay products, the first ones built on the growish.com platform. The platform is multi-tenant and white label: the same technology also powers the gift lists of retail partners such as MediaWorld.

The Challenge

Bring together in a single product the creation of the list, contributions from dozens of guests and the safekeeping of the money until it is used, with onboarding and KYC compliant with e-money regulations. Couples only had to see a list that is simple to manage.

The Success

List funds are held in dedicated wallets at Mangopay, an e-money institution, while GrowishPay runs the product, the user experience and customer support. The same API, GwAPIv2, is licensed to brands that want their own gift list.

Mangopay is the European e-money institution that holds list funds in wallets dedicated to the couple and processes guest contributions.

GrowishPay core business operations are handled primarily through an API called GwAPIv2. This API is consumed by GrowishPay’s owned products and it is also offered as a licensed service for clients and partners.

React is a free and open-source front-end JavaScript library for building user interfaces based on UI components. It is maintained by Meta (formerly Facebook) and a community of individual developers and companies.

Next.js is an open-source web development framework created by Vercel enabling React-based web applications with server-side rendering and generating static websites.

Salesforce provides customer relationship management (CRM) software and applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development.
